Which devices can I use with this service?

You can use the service on any 3G and LTE compatible device.

Do I need to sign up for a contract?

We don't like contracts. This is why our Mobile data services are offered on a month-to-month basis.

Do I need to RICA my SIM card?

Yes. You will need to have your original barcoded Identity Document, as well as a valid proof of residence. You will also be required to have a copy of your ID and proof of residence available when your SIM is delivered, and you (the account holder) must sign for it in person.

Does unused data roll over at the end of the month?

Yes, data rolls over and is utilised in the following way:

Users will use their rollover data first and thereafter the renewal data. So if a user has a 10GB service and has rollover data for May 1GB, April 2GB and March 1GB, he will only start using his renewal data once his usage exceeds what was available as rollover which was 4GB. Billing and renewal periods remain exactly the same, 1st to last day of each month, unused data will continue to rollover for 3 months. IMPORTANT to note: the sequence of tanks is changing from most recent to oldest. Rollover data from the previous month is used first and then the month before that etc

How long will it take for my mobile data sim to be delivered?

Delivery is generally attainable within 48 hours but might be delayed should payment clearance be required. An additional delay of up to 96 hours can be expected outside of major centres. Deliveries take place on weekdays during business hours and exclude weekends and public holidays. A physical address is required for the delivery of your order; orders to Postal Addresses will not be accepted.
